Everything in the universe is an observation. Man's evolution or the total evolutionary psychology is an observation. I remember reading the book by 'Stephen Hawking' and 'Leonardo Mlodinow', "The Grand Design" which insists over the fact that the universe is random and God has not created the universe. Man is limited to see from his restrictive perception of things, the things which he could manipulate.
We have successfully survived or have known to be survived from this very art of observational learning. Every culture, tradition, law & Religion is formed just for the efficacious management of human civilization (and nothing else). The concept of god is very much part of this efficacious management. For Eg :- Hinduism is not a Religion at all. 'Bhagavad Gita' talks about 'way of living', a set of recommendations that are well observed and noted. It offers a case-view of the situations and the decisions made that were most suitable for that time. Some religions offer Abrahamic way to preaching where the norms of the society are pre-decided and not open to the scrutiny of people at that time. It is like Best-Practice which one needs to adhere to. The bottom-line for both of these approaches of religions is deriving maximum good for the society overall.
If we map the concept of science and philosophy , both of them have the limitation, one offering limitation in the perception of time and space whereas other to the very existence of God.
In 1992, it has been discovered for the first time that the planet was revolving the star other than the sun. This brought a very new concept at that time that universe may have came into existence by chaos or serendipity of randomness.
The exact rule or law doesn't exist. The values of constants change with the change in time and space. The factors determining the values of constant are unknown. If we would probably be able to know these factors we would probably be a step closer to what we call as God in Philosophy.
For now, it is better to have God under the shelter to these managed Religions. For it enables them(man) to socialize, which is one of the fundamental requirement of man. Any change in these Religious management concepts would ultimately change the God.
For man, it is necessary to see God as a spiritual power which exists but we are unknown of his position. It is necessary to maintain the concept of God as positive thing which needs society to be flourished and dwelling in peace.
Modern times has felicitated man with various things of leisure and comfort which may hamper the base quantities that might be required for the existence of God as source of fear and conscience. Leaders of the world must take a stand to see that these base quantities doesn't get hamper if we want the laws that followed our environment to be working fine.
